This notice explains the current enquiry workflow and the details that remain under review.
Purpose and recipient
PrivateCloud.hk uses the submitted information to respond to your enquiry and understand the cloud, backup or managed-service requirement you describe. The submission is delivered to care@readyspace.com.hk for handling by authorised personnel.
External form relay
The form is transmitted by HTTPS to FormSubmit, a third-party form relay, before it reaches the recipient mailbox. FormSubmit may process data outside Hong Kong. Its precise processing locations, subprocessors, safeguards and provider-side retention are controlled by FormSubmit, not by PrivateCloud.hk. Review the provider policy before submitting.
Retention and your choices
PrivateCloud.hk has not yet published a fixed retention schedule for enquiry email. You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing care@readyspace.com.hk. If you do not want your information relayed through FormSubmit, contact us directly by email instead of using the form.
